Silk screen based printing inks Designed for silk  printing

Applications:

   Ink intended for silk screen printing.Its main application  is for Internal, front print on following substrate.

   Very high adhesion and strong on the surface

   Very high Resistance rubbing and abrasion

   High scratch resistance

   Excellent pigments disperse

   High viscosity

  Very little smell

   High thermal resistance

   High ink rheology

   Very good printability

   High ability to add solvent to ink

   Very high gloss

  Resistance to battery acid,light,petroleum products and     alcohol.

 Very good flaxibility

High transfer from stereo to print surface

Viscosity:  Very High

Preparation for printing:

• Code  56100  for base
• Code 9060    for rytard

Adding only thinner or excessive use of solvent to cut down streng  may alter the Characteristics of the product. Recommend the use of extender varnish for cut down the strength.

Storage conditions:

Store the ink in the original packing at a temperature not below  and not in direct contact with sunlight.
