Description:

Solvent based printing inks for flexo printing

Applications:

Ink intended for flexographic printing.Its main application  is for Internal, front print on following substrate.

  • polypropylene

  • normal (pp)

  • laminated surface

Properties:

Very high adhesion and strong on the surface

Very high Resistance rubbing and abrasion

High scratch resistance

High thermal resistance

High ink rheology

Very good print ability

High ability to add solvent to ink

Very high gloss

High transfer from stereo to print surface

Viscosity of printing:

Viscosity:  30- 40 seconds (DINCUP4) at temperature 20 degree

Thinning

With doctor blade:22-24 seconds (DINCUP4) at temperature 20 degree

Without doctor blade:18-22 seconds (DINCUP4) at temperature 20 degree

Preparation for printing:

  • Use of solvent 9010

  • Slow: Ethyl glycol

  • Fast: Ethyl acetate

Product series 100 series

Adding only thinner or excessive use of solvent to cut down strength may alter the Characteristics of the product. Recommend the use of extender varnish for cut down the strength.

Storage conditions:

Store the ink in the original packing at a temperature not below  and not in direct contact with sunlight.
