Properties:

Very high adhesion and strong on the surface

Very high Resistance rubbing and abrasion

High scratch resistance

High thermal resistance

High ink rheology

Very good print ability

High ability to add solvent to ink

Very high gloss

High transfer from stereo to print surface

Viscosity of printing:

Viscosity:  30- 40 seconds (DINCUP4) at temperature 20 degree

Thinning

With doctor blade:22-24 seconds (DINCUP4) at temperature 20 degree

Without doctor blade:18-22 seconds (DINCUP4) at temperature 20 degree

Preparation for printing:

• Use of solvent 9010

• Slow: Ethyl glycol

• Fast: Ethyl acetate
